What is the shipping cost? All orders ship for a flat-rate $29.99 within the USA.

What payment methods are accepted? Major credit cards, pay by PO, pay by check, and PayPal.

What sizes should I choose? Most sites choose to order a range of sizes. The most popular sizes are Medium and Large. Sleeve sizing tends to correspond with the wearer's shirt size.

If you were to only order 2 sizes, we recommend ordering small and large to cover most arm sizes. The sleeves will stretch to fit most individuals.

Below is the arm sleeve sizing chart. You can use a string and a ruler or a flexible tailor's measuring tape to get bicep circumference (distance around). Keep your arm relaxed and do not flex when measuring the circumference.

Medium	10"-12" Bicep Circumference	About 16" Actual Length
Large	12"-14" Bicep Circumference	About 17" Actual Length
X-Large	14"+ Bicep Circumference	About 17" Actual Length

If you do not correspond to any of these sizes, please contact us for a non-standard size.
